Casting Process
Investment casting, also known as precision casting or lost wax casting, it is made of fusible materials (wax and plastic, etc.) into a precise fusibility model, on the model coated with a number of layers of refractory coating, after drying, hardening into the overall shell, then heating shell melting model, and then by high temperature roasting and become refractory shell, liquid metal poured into the shell, after cooling into the casting.
